CORPERS' DOCUMENTS BURN TO ASHES AS SOKOTO NYSC ORIENTATION CAMP GUTS FIRE!

The corps members in Wamahka, Sokoto camp were left despair on Thursday 4th, April 2019, as their hostel in the orientation camp caught fire which resulted in the loss of most of their important documents including their certificates, and other relevant items.

Now, the question is, how can these lost documents be retrieved? Who will pay for the compensation and stress to retrieve them? and How much compensation will suffice?

Your current situation has a very intelligent way of influencing you. If you’re in a very critical condition, prolly sick or hoping for something, the people and the surrounding you keep finding yourself can either make you get better or worse! Okay lemme explain... I had a very terrible experience years ago when I suffered from swollen legs, dunno what happened, my legs were swelling,  took drugs and stuff but seemed futile. Anytime I went out, the class of people I saw were people whose legs were amputated, crawling, or crippled and this sent a negative message to my mind. Gun vs Knife Culture

  Unlike the USA, there aren’t many guns in the UK, and people barely have access to it. A colleague was narrating how she was almost robbed in her neighborhood, and when I asked what weapon the criminal used she said it was a knife. Knife crime is on the rise in many parts of London and across the UK. That’s why it is quite difficult to walk into a shop in the UK to buy a knife. Firstly, not many shops sell knives and the ones that sell will ask for some sort of proof or ID before selling, thereby making them quite difficult to access.  Obviously, in America, there’s a high record of gun violence. Someone can literally walk into a shop and get a gun, from what I heard, it is that easy. And so, between the UK and the US, I really can’t say one is better as per knife or gun violence because both of them are capable of sending people to their graves.   Feminism is one subject that comes with a lot of different baggage, and over time I’ve seen the sprout of different facets of feminism. In Nigeria, which I know of, there’s an amount of negativity attached to the title “feminist” or the word “feminism”, both from self-acclaimed feminists and from society.  And this is because the word feminism translates to different things for different people who identify with this title. A feminist can be: 1. A woman who fancies and promotes the idea that women are in no way less than men, hence should have equal opportunities and be treated fairly in society. 2.  A single and heartbroken lady who therefore thinks all “men are scum”. 3.  An aggrieved/hurt lady who takes out her annoyance by blasting men under the ideology of feminism. MISSING

  Something horrible happened to me recently. Turns out it is one of my 2021 highlights  Quite a lengthy read tho... I was all packed to leave for Brighton from London. Had one piece of luggage and a backpack, with my purse hanging in front of me.  Got on the bus, then on a train and then landed at the National rail station to board to Brighton. It would take 8mins for the train to arrive so I sat on a waiting chair where a young man was already seated, greeted him with a smile and sat beside him, with my backpack on the middle seat separating us.  Train arrived and I jumped on it, sat on a seat beside the toilet but decided to move to another cos of how close it was to the toilet. My earphones were plugged in throughout most of the journey. One & half hours into the journey we arrived at Brighton and people were already stood up waiting to alight, I noticed my backpack was missing.😳🤯 Scurried over and under my seat, see if it was there, but no, it wasn’t. (P.S: I've gat a message for you with this picture but first first, lemme throwback with this episode while you wait for the next) Remember that year na, old school days which began in Army day Secondary School, Effurun Delta State. Strictly on low cut, the screening dey start from assembly ground, das where you see teachers evoking hidden scissors ✂️ from their pockets to disgracefully shave students hair. They go roaming the assembly ground digging their fingers into the depths of our hair, as a matter of fact if your hair passes a certain level, be sure to have a free shave all the way.  Supposing the 'free shave' was a decent one, wahala for nor dey, but the opposite was the case. Once you fall prey and the scissors lands on your head no amount of prayer can save you.   The reason why many Nigerian youths seem to be garnering a massive movement for the Presidential aspirant Peter Obi is not that they are guaranteed that he’ll be the “savior”, but because youths are tired of recycling the same old self-conceited egocentric politicians as leaders.  They want something new, something different, something original! And they don’t care who he is or where he’s from! Episode 3 Twas 12am already but I said lai lai, This Tiwa savage and Tuface wey dey Com Calabar so, I must see them. Was dead earnest to be part of the show. Night turned day, sleep fly comot my eyes sharp sharp, hit my friend up Lucy Oya let's ball, Calabar uber straight to the venue zuuuuuuum and boom we arrived the event hall @CICC Calabar. Na there we enter gbese! It'll shock you to find out our real situation. So the regular ticket was 3k per individual hence my friend and I were to pay 6k, Oya bring out money pay for ticket na..., as I shook hand for bag say make I bring money, you wee not believe what happened!  My brothers and sisters, na there I discover say our money nor reach to buy tickets. We were so inundated with the enthusiasm to attend the event such that we forgot to ensure we had enough cash for tickets. TRAGIC STORY OF HOW MOM, DAD AND SON DIED 9DAYS AFTER EACH OTHER!!!

MY ADEKUNLE SILVER!!! Making this write up has been very difficult for me. I can recall his post on the 29th of December 2018, in fact just last month here o, he posted and expressed an overwhelming sadness about the death of his beloved mother just before the year came to a halt. On the 8th of this month January 2019, he made another heart breaking post about the demise of his dad who died four days after his Mom’s burial, as he couldn’t stand the loss of his wife.
