Dem say wey big tree fall for bush,  e dey fall other small trees join.  The case of the illegal examination fee don too linger,  but the shocking news be say Delta State Government suspend the Headmistress of Okotie Eboh 1 Primary School Sapele,  Mrs Veronica Igbigwe.

Mr Commissioner, this trend of illegal fees according to reliable sources and the masses don dey go on since.  All schools for Sapele dey pay different illegal fees. Some schools especially Wesley Primary School dey subject the pupils to pay "Papa Money", that na levy for the Gateman wey dem say una wey be Government people nor dey pay, so na pupils go dey pay Gateman Salary now? Who authorize am?

Mr Commissioner, we dey put am to you say we don find out where the directives of the exam fees and illegal fees for start. Attached to this update na copy of circular wey dem share to all primary schools for Sapele as dem compel dem to take fees for exams. You commissioner of Education dey tell us say unu nor authorized any exam fee,  yet some persons under your Commission dey share these fees within theirselves for Sapele here.

Also,  the circular state and we quote : " Levies usually comes from Local Education Adminstrator, Chief Inspector of Education in Conjunction with APSHON" . Na the meeting wey these body hold on the 28th of February 2019 nai dem use take the decision say make all primary schools pay exam fee.  And below na how dem go share am between various offices.

1. APSHON - N220

2. C.I.E.   - N10 per child

3. HPM -  N10 per child

4. NUT -  N10 per child

5. HM/Exams - N450

6. Class Teacher - N100

This collection na unanimous decision by the C.I.E, HPM and HMs of the 42 Primary schools wey dey Sapele.

With these fact findings,  we demand Justice for Mrs Veronica Igbigwe. The Illegal levy na group agreement,  why una go punish only one person.

You Mrs. Patience Ishegbe, the C.I.E of Sapele,  you know about the illegal fee and you deny in the presence of Commissioner. You wicked.

You Mrs Irene Egberi, Head of Personal Management HPM Local Education Authority Sapele,  you know about the fee and your N10 per Child from the 42 Primary Schools for Sapele,  and you carry your hand sign letter to suspend Mrs Igbigwe. How you wan take make Heaven?

Sapele People,  these women dey collect 10 Naira per child from each schools from the illegal fee. For instance,  we get 500 pupils for only one school,  make una mutiply am, not to talk of 42 Primary schools for Sapele.

Mr Commissioner,  I don tender my fact findings for your table,  look into am and recall Mrs Igbigwe as she dey come Asaba on Wednesday for query.  Make sure say you investigate the C.I.E and HPM of Sapele respectively,  because we must know who give dem the order to collect illegal fee.

This is a crime against the HEADMISTRESS because she has exposed the fact that there is actually no free Education at any level in the state. All schools ( PRIMARY AND SECONDARY) SHOULD BE PROBED. And the govt should make an announcement that no parent should pay any money in the form of any levy or what have u.
